Environmental concerns and rising fuel costs demand that buildings are designed and built in an environmentally sustainable manner. NMA is a specialist in energy and environmental issues relating to buildings. We advise the designers, developers and owners of all types of buildings on the reduction of energy consumption and the achievement of optimum environmental performance at each stage of the life of a building whether at design, construction, refurbishment or day-to-day occupation.

At the design stage, we ensure that a building reaches or exceeds statutory compliance, achieves the target Building Energy Rating (BER) and is generally built in accordance with environmental sustainability.
